For our headquarters in Mönchengladbach we are looking for an Employee in the Safety & Compliance Team Part 145 & Part CAMO (m/w/d).

Your Main Tasks

  • Management of technical personnel files and internal permissions for technical staff
  • You are the point of contact for department and subject area managers regarding training planning
  • You are responsible for the planning, organization, and partial execution of internal briefings and training sessions
  • You work with national and international authorities
  • With your skills, you support the creation and revision of manuals, optimize internal processes in quality assurance, and assist operational departments in complying with regulatory requirements

We Expect

  • Completed technical degree or completed training in the field of aviation (aircraft mechanic / avionics technician / CAT B1/2)
  • Several years of professional experience in aircraft technology, preferably in.quality assurance with a focus on CM in Part 145/CAMO
  • English language skills in writing and speaking at least B1 level
  • Further training as a Quality Management Representative (QMB) / Quality Manager (QM) is an advantage
  • Additional qualification as an auditor is an advantage
  • Knowledge of relevant national, European, and international aviation regulations will facilitate your entry into the field
  • Additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian) are an advantage
