I have been with Rheinland Air Service for 5 years, and my original training was as a cutting machine operator.
What were the biggest challenges as a career changer?
The biggest challenge was definitely learning the technical expertise around aircraft maintenance in a short time. I had manual skills and a solid technical background, but the processes in aviation are very specific.
