For our headquarters in Mönchengladbach we are looking for a Salesperson of aircraft parts (m/f/d) Incl. order creation & monitoring.

What Sets You Apart

  • Successfully completed commercial and/or technical training
  • Experience in the spare parts or service sector, alternatively in sales or consulting
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications and an ER systems
  • Experience in aviation is an advantage

Your Main Tasks

  • Order creation and monitoring, also in cooperation with our export department/logistics
  • Personal customer exchange and active acquisition of new customers
  • Active customer support from order entry to delivery
  • Managing complaints and aftersales processes
  • Independent implementation of price negotiations
  • Financial tracking, together with the finance department in the event of payment problems
  • First point of contact for customers

  • Strong customer focus and target-orientation, cost-conscious mindset
  • Independent and structured approach of work
  • Team player with a friendly appearance, flexibility and enthusistic
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Valid Class B driving license
