Manager Warehouse (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Manager Warehouse (m/w/d) for immediate employment at our location in Saarbrücken in the Regional Aviation division.

What Sets You Apart

  • Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or comparable training with at least 5 years of professional experience in the warehouse/logistics sector
  • Management experience an advantage
  • Experience of applicable EASA and LBA aviation regulations advantageous
  • Knowledge of import/export and customs clearance

Your Main Tasks

  • Technical management of the Warehouse department
  • Monitoring materials management and the associated tasks
  • Inventory for the annual financial statements
  • Creating and maintaining procedural instructions for the department
  • Planning, implementation and optimization of logistics processes and internal systems to reduce costs and avoid errors
  • Determination and analysis of key figures with continuous reporting

  • High motivation, flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
  • Motivation and ideas for restructuring warehouse processes
  • Independent, quality-oriented and responsible way of working
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
