Completed training as a foreign trade clerk, freight forwarding clerk with additional qualification “Customs freight forwarder with focus on export control / AWA certificate course”, or comparable
Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge in the field of operational export control and customs clearance

Your Main Tasks

Application, monitoring and documentation of licenses (individual AG & AGG)
Knowledge of the relevant export control legislation (national/EU/USA) and its evaluation
Experience in using the ELAN-K2 portal
Sanctions list screening
Installation, monitoring and documentation of suitable control measures for export control in the company at several domestic and foreign locations

Analytical way of working and strong process thinking
Negotiation skills in dealing with customs and other approval authorities
High motivation, willingness to perform and learn
