We are hiring a Dock-Chief (m/f/d) for immediate employment at our location in Saarbrücken.

What Sets You Apart

  • EASA Part-66 License B1 or B2
  • Certification in Aircraft Maintenance or a related field
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role with a Part-145 approved organization
  • Familiarity with management software (AMOS, MS Office Suite)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • A clean criminal record (police clearance certificate required)

Your Main Tasks

  • Manage and improve the maintenance operations performance in your dock and supervise, lead and develop the team
  • Be the primary point of contact for the team working in the dock
  • Ensure all maintenance procedures comply with all standards
  • Coordinate the availability and use of tools and equipment within the dock
  • Work closely with the project Leader and Maintenance Manager to align operations and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide regular updates to the Maintenance Manager
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment
