Aircraft Mechanic Manufacturing Technology (m/w/d)

For our headquarters in Mönchengladbach we are looking for an Aircraft Mechanic Manufacturing Technology (m/w/d) for the Regional Aviation division and the ATR42/72 and DHC-8-402Q models.

Your Profile

  • Experience in converting and modifying aircraft for civil and/or military use
  • Skilled in performing structural repairs
  • Proficient in addressing and resolving structural complaints
  • Quality-focused and methodical work style
  • Exhibits reliability, diligence, and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Description

  • Material processing and handling
  • Replacement of defective structural components
  • Carrying out repairs and modifications per manufacturer instructions (SRM, SRI, SB, etc.)
  • Production of components following manufacturer specifications
  • Executing specific processes like “cold expansion of holes (FTI system)”
  • Handling and processing fastening materials
  • Maintaining complete and precise documentation

We Expect

  • Completed training as an aircraft mechanic with a specialization in production engineering
  • Strong knowledge in production engineering
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • High motivation and strong work ethic
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
  • Impeccable police clearance certificate for ZÜP clearance according to §7 LuftSiG
