Description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Staff scheduling (shift work)
  • Ensuring compliance with current quality regulations (Operating Standards)
  • Correctness of station-specific safety systems
  • Vehicle fleet (condition and maintenance)
  • Invoicing incl. forwarding to the RAS head office
  • Monthly reporting

Your profile:

That sets you apart:

  • Several years of experience in fuel trading and aviation operations
  • Secure knowledge of fuel invoicing and accounting
  • Confident in IATA quality regulations and requirements
  • Technical background Leadership experience and competence

 

We expect:

  • Driving licence class C/E and proven driving experience
  • Unobjectionable police clearance certificate
  • High security awareness and sense of responsibility
  • Absolute reliability, diligence and accuracy
  • Communication skills and customer-oriented behaviour
  • Very good knowledge of German and fluent business English
